Project Overview
The project was procured via a design and build procurement route and delivered by leading London fit-out company Area Squared, part of the Fourfront Group. JAC were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services.
About the Building
The building is conveniently situated in a City Core location between the Bank of England and Lloyd’s of London. Close by are the vibrant amenities of Leadenhall Market, the Royal Exchange and Spitalfields.
