A confidential financial services client appointed JAC Project Management to deliver a Cat B refurbishment of their 4,000 sq ft office in Mayfair, central London. Relocating from serviced offices in the West End, the brief centred on creating a largely open plan environment with a strong visual identity and a focus on quality of finish throughout.

JAC provided project management and cost consultancy services across the full project lifecycle. The landlord structure involved three parties, requiring careful coordination of landlord approvals and wayleaves as part of the delivery process.

The standout feature of the scheme is the kitchen and bar area, which serves as the social heart of the office.
