JAC was founded in 1979 by John A Cox. Nearly five decades and more than 1,000 commercial workplace projects later, our extensive list of repeat clients remains the truest measure of a company built on delivering a consistently high standard of service. From The Shard to boutique offices in heritage buildings, our range reflects a team that understands buildings and their individual complexities, whatever the scale or setting.
After seven years with JAC, Managing Director Zoe Smeeth took ownership of the business in 2021. She continues to lead and grow the company with the support of John and the wider team.
As we look ahead, JAC is embracing an abundance of new opportunities, underpinned by our Investors in People accreditation and a clear commitment to doing things well.
We are dedicated to encouraging, developing and training a diverse next generation of talent. Our ongoing association with The Circle Partnership is helping to address the gender diversity gap at senior leadership level across the property industry.
We continue to evolve in step with our clients’ changing needs, and sustainability is now central to how we deliver. Every project we take on is fitted out sustainably, with many achieving recognised accreditations such as BREEAM, SKA and WELL.
