Project Overview
Leading venture capital firm Accel appointed JAC to design and project manage their move to Exemplar’s landmark redevelopment of The Crown Estate’s 1 New Burlington Place, where they now occupy 9,000 square feet on the 6th floor after their old space on St. James’s Street no longer continued to support their expansion.
Accel appointed JAC’s Project Management and Cost Consultancy teams to mastermind the creation of an innovative, comfortable and collaborative workspace, which needed to complement the innovative redesign of the building itself.
About the Building
The Crown Estate’s 1 New Burlington Place is the UK’s first building to feature 100% eco-friendly LED lighting, has high thermal performance facade, solar cells across the building to generate electricity and also a green rooftop terrace to encourage biodiversity.
