The Project

JAC have successfully designed and managed works on behalf of a leading Asset Manager at Grosvenor Estates new flagship development at 33 Davies Street in London’s Mayfair.

The property boasts 28,856 sq ft of highly specified grade-A offices with one of London’s most prestigious addresses, opposite Claridge’s Hotel.

33 Davies Street is a distinctive landmark building of 28,856 sq ft of highly specified Grade A offices with one of London’s most prestigious addresses, opposite Claridge’s Hotel.

This project represented one of the fastest moving JAC projects to date. We were set an exacting timescale by our client who were faced with a critical date for handover of their existing property. With so many professional advisors to coordinate on behalf of both the landlord and the client, this was always going to be a project that called for strong communication. The delivery on site by the successful contractor was first rate and gained glowing plaudits from both the client and our internal team.
