Project Overview
Hellman & Friedman are a long-standing client of JAC’s, with a professional relationship developed over the last 10 years.
The JAC Design and Project Management team were engaged to refresh Hellman & Friedman’s existing space and worked alongside CBRE and M&E Consultants, ESP, delivering a successful project.
The Building
Originally known as Vickers Tower, Millbank Tower is a Grade II listed 118-metre high skyscraper in Westminster on the banks of the Thames with fine views over the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and other city landmarks.
