AVENIR GLOBAL

In 2020, AVENIR GLOBAL undertook to consolidate all its London offices into one location. Four offices had to be merged into one. We selected Riverside House on the South Bank as our new home. It was a significant undertaking that happened in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. We had to do change management remotely, address the unique identity of four brands, select a contractor and ensure that the work would be performed on time and on budget.

JAC Group were instrumental in making this happened. Despite many days lost to COVID protocol and logistical issues, the team at JAC delivered our office on time and on budget. Caroline was able to keep everyone focused on their own deliverables, addressed the numerous COVID logistical issues that arose, managed the relationship between our contractor, our landlord and the base building contractors to minimize the delays and redundancy of work.

We would not be in our new office if not for Caroline and her team. I strongly believe that our best and most important decision was to select JAC as our project manager. We owe a big thanks to them.
