JAC Project Management was engaged by AXS to oversee the fit-out of their new 10,369 sq ft office space, transitioning from a CAT A to a CAT B environment.
The project involved relocating AXS from their former premises at London Bridge, to the newly renovated space at Hay’s Galleria, just across the road.
JAC provided comprehensive financial and project management services to ensure the success of the fit-out, addressing all aspects of design, construction, and delivery. Given the tight programme, focus was placed on maximizing the floor plate in the design while keeping MEP changes to a minimum, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
