British Arab Commercial Bank, who own 8-10 Mansion House Place, undertook a full 30,000 sq ft CAT A & B refurbishment of their London headquarters. Covering all 7 floors, including a ground floor sub-tenant, they replaced all the HVAC plant and equipment, along with new ceilings, WC’s, showers, office areas and reception. This transformed their colleague and client spaces to a modern and agile working space.
A new communal space on the lower ground was added to the building which houses a large staff kitchen, breakout, welfare & prayer rooms, games areas and 8 new unisex showers to provide end of journey facilities. They also refurbished the 4th floor to CAT A for a new prospective tenant.
BACB upgraded their current EPC to achieve a B and the project achieved SKA Gold.
