The JAC Group Project Management team are delighted to have completed a full refurbishment of the reception area, amenities and three tenant demises at 6-10 Whitfield St on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.

Our brief was to take these spaces and breathe new life into them, ready to be reintroduced to the market and attractive to a prospective tenant.

Working on a design and build route of procurement with Dthree, JAC Group began by repositioning the infrastructure of the building, with new mechanical and electrical systems, installation of a new internal amenity suite including unisex WCs, showers, changing rooms and fully compliant accessible wet room.

The aesthetic of the scheme was balanced between the warmth of a hospitality space and the professional and sophisticated feel suitable for a building in Fitzrovia.

Warm tones, natural materials, the introduction of biophilia all make the space inviting and allow it to transition from day to night without losing its appeal. Key features such as exposed beams, square light fittings and the use of rich, dark colours allow a timeless feel to the architectural elements of the space, suitable for many lifecycles of tenant occupation.
