This client appointed JAC to deliver project management, cost consultancy and contract administration for its new office fit-out. The project required careful planning to maintain separation between the client’s own space and a related occupier’s areas, while allowing reception and meeting rooms to be shared.
Acoustic performance was a particular focus, protecting the confidentiality of client conversations throughout. The finished office features a standout central tea point, reception and circular meeting room, creating a considered new base for the business in London’s West End.
