Strategic Office Search & Selection

JAC Project Management was appointed to provide expert project management and cost consultancy services during the client’s office search. Our role was to establish a clear roadmap, ensuring a seamless selection process aligned with the client’s business goals.

Our Approach

We developed a comprehensive project, technology, and governance brief, alongside a high-level programme to define key milestones for selecting the ideal property within the required timeframe.

Key Requirements

The client initially identified ten potential office locations, which were shortlisted to five based on specific criteria, including:

• Renewable energy usage for lighting, heating, and cooling
• EPC rating of B or above
• 10,000 – 12,000 sq. ft.
• Single-floor plate for operational efficiency

Delivering Results

• Conducted site visits to three shortlisted properties
• Developed and reviewed test fits in collaboration with the client
• Integrated workplace strategy considerations to optimise layout and functionality

Our structured office process enabled the client to make an informed decision with confidence, ensuring their new office met sustainability, efficiency, and operational needs.

Having secured the new office space JAC helped define the design brief, appoint a contactor, and manage the coordination with the audio-visual and furniture teams.
