Confidential Client in Camden

Situated in Camden within rows of residential properties this unique project for a confidential client includes numerous high end finishes, creating a luxurious and homely feel within an office workspace.

Set over three floors and comprising of 35,000 sq ft the construction element of the process saw the contractor on site for 26 weeks. As a period property challenges for the team included addressing the suitable location of mechanical and electrical equipment, and installing a new feed from UK Power networks. Consideration at all times was given to the quiet residential area the property was set in, with all external installations needing to be acoustically efficient, factoring in new acoustic enclosures in line with local government rules.

A full high specification residential kitchen has been included to provide catering for staff food and the occasional event.  The kitchen was designed by the architect in conjunction with a specialist kitchen company who installed to the client’s specification.
