Confidential Tech Client

A confidential technology client appointed JAC Project Management to deliver a partial strip out and Cat B fit-out across 34,000 sq ft in Fitzrovia, central London. The client was sub-letting the space from an existing occupier and required a complete transformation of an existing fit-out, moving from a fully cellular layout to an open plan environment with a strong focus on workplace culture and brand expression.

JAC provided project management and cost consultancy services across the full project lifecycle. A key complexity was the international governance structure, with the main client stakeholder based overseas and all decisions requiring international sign-off. JAC managed this alongside a late change request for a catering area, which required a Licence to Alter addendum and an extension of time, as well as landlord rectification works running concurrently on site. The existing MEP systems required a full cut and carve approach, working around older, unmaintained infrastructure.

Standout spaces include a dedicated Arcade Room, a Management Suite, and a sandwich deli area created to supplement the existing cafeteria. Throughout, the brief called for a corporate environment made to feel energetic and inviting through considered colour and furniture choices.
