JAC are delighted to have worked with the Databricks team to project manage the relocation and refurbishment of their 29,000 sq ft building at 11 Windmill Street.

Taking the building from the previous tenant, Databricks had a strong focus on improving the overall user experience and creating an exuberant London HQ, whilst keeping a keen eye on preserving the essence of their US office while infusing it with a distinctive London flair.

Key features of the design included a stylish client meeting floor which radiates professionalism and sophistication, setting the stage for impactful client engagements, an in-situ café with the unique name of ‘Databrews’ and an amazing flight school on the LG floor featuring a DJ booth and PlayStation.

Our team is completely in love with the new office! It’s the perfect blend of stunning design and smart functionality. Not only does it meet all our needs, but it also sparks collaboration, creativity, and productivity like never before!
