Project Overview
The JAC Project Management team was engaged to act on behalf of Emirates NBD to oversee all aspects of this workplace transformation including design, project management and furniture procurement, ahead of its move from nearby Basil Street, SW3.
JAC was selected for its wealth of experience and expertise in managing large-scale projects for the financial sector in London. The project management team worked closely with appointed contractors, overseeing the construction process at this prestigious location opposite Hyde Park.
About the building
The building boasts 25,000 sq ft of premier office space on the north side of Knightsbridge close to its junction with Hyde Park Corner providing easy access to Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Underground Stations.
