Fivium

Software specialists, Fivium wanted to refresh their current office at 15 Adam Street and provide a variety of different collaboration zones for their staff to suit the new hybrid working style. With budget, time and quality in mind, the team guided Fivium through the design phase and considered all aspects of how the space can be used to better suit staff collaboration.

The heart of the redesign lies in the concept of the ‘collaboration spine’. This central axis serves as energetic corridor promoting spontaneous brain storming and interaction amongst teams. The new space accommodates flexible working areas that cater to different working styles, aiming to boost team productivity and spirit!

Third time lucky…

We’d been in our office for five years and due to hybrid working and company growth the way we wanted to use our space had evolved. It was time for an overhaul.

Our previous two office fitout projects with other companies were a nightmare of bad project management, poor workmanship and lack of communication. Third time round we worked with JAC and have been delighted with the results. The design phase was patient and well considered, the build phase went like clockwork and the final result is fantastic. We now have more overall space, better collaboration areas, and a much more colourful office vibe. Everyone is delighted with the improvements.
