Global Investment Manager

JAC Group are delighted to have completed the 19,600 sq ft fit out for a Global Investment Manager at Helical’s Bart’s Square complex, in the fantastic One Bartholomew, a brand new office building offering 223,000 square feet of office space alongside retail and residential space in London’s St Paul’s and Farringdon district.

One Bartholomew was completed by developer Helical as part of its Barts Square scheme in December 2018. The building is designed by architects Sheppard Robson and sits in a prime location between the Smithfield Conservation Area and St Paul’s, where the creative inhabitants of bustling Farringdon meets the city’s historical financial district.

With clear open floor plates of typically 19,500 sq ft, the building offers flexible space to suit a range of occupiers, as well as impressive amenities.

Other notable occupiers include The Trade Desk, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, BDB Pitmans, Callsign and Sopra Steria.

One Bartholomew is the winner of the 2019 OAS Award for Best New Build of the Year (City) and has been shortlisted for the British Council of Offices Award for Best Commercial Workspace 2020.

JAC Group project managed a design and build procurement route for the fit out, coordinating a professional team including property advisors, Knight Frank, mechanical and electrical consultants Hollis and Reflex AV. The construction programme was 14 weeks allowing for minimal disruption where necessary for Covid-19.
