KI Europe appointed JAC to deliver project management, cost consultancy, and employer’s agent services for the fit-out of their new 7,000 sq ft furniture showroom at 91 Goswell Road, Clerkenwell. The project marked the client’s strategic relocation to London’s furniture and design district, placing their showroom at the heart of the sector’s most recognised address.
JAC oversaw the full CAT A to CAT B transition, including a complete strip-out and replacement of existing mechanical services. The team managed procurement, cost control, and quality assurance throughout, coordinating all technical consultants across the build. Acoustic glazing and wall treatment were specified to meeting rooms and offices.
The completed showroom features a statement staircase with bespoke joinery, a kitchen and bar, a terrace, and flexible meeting rooms, all designed to showcase KI Europe’s product range in a considered, well-designed environment.
