JAC was appointed to oversee the project management, contract administration, and cost consultancy for KI Europe’s new 7,014 sq ft furniture showroom. Located in Clerkenwell, the project’s key driver was the client’s relocation to London’s furniture and design district.
The project team guided the fit-out through all stages, coordinating the design, contractors, and technical consultants. JAC oversaw the CAT A to CAT B transition, managing all aspects of the build including procurement, cost control, and quality assurance. The result is a high-quality showroom that reflects the client’s brand, maximises the potential of the space, and benefits from its prime Clerkenwell location.
