The project management team at JAC Group are pleased to have completed delivery of the stunning new London office of a leading student infrastructure provider based at 12 Arthur Street, one of two projects the JAC teams have completed in the building.
On the 1st floor, the 8,759 sq ft space has been transformed into a flexible, collaborative office environment.
Designed, tendered and built almost entirely under lockdown restrictions the fit out, procured under a traditional route included a professional team of Resonate Interiors, Flatt Consulting, main contractors Parkeray.
The project worked to the FitWell accreditation and used many sustainable and natural materials.
