JAC Group are delighted to have worked alongside Lorenc Design Associates to deliver the project management and cost consultancy elements of Nordic Capital’s new space at the brand new Marq Building in St James’s – the UK’s first new-build project to achieve both a BREEAM New Construction Outstanding rating for its shell and core and the WELL Gold Certification.
Taking the Scandinavian style familiar to Nordic, and inspiration from the famous tailoring heritage of the area, a bright, airy space was created that maximised the views across Westminster and beyond.
About the Building
The Marq is an elegantly designed office building in the heart of St James’s and the perfect marriage of form and function.
With flexible, column free floors and an abundance of natural light, all floors of The Marq enjoy a corner aspect overlooking Jermyn Street, and floors 4 and 6 have a terrace. The customer facilities on the lower basement include cycle parking, private showers and changing rooms, all designed with wellness in mind.
