Peel Hunt

100 Liverpool Street is the radical redevelopment of an iconic 1980s scheme. The building provides 520,000 sq ft of contemporary office space, with a retail and public realm, in the heart of the City. 100 Liverpool Street is  Home | British Land’s first net zero carbon building and one of very few in London. The property also provides the first major development in the UK with a converged network and smart-enabled infrastructure.

Building architects Hopkins have given the building a whole new identity, with its sweeping curved façade, elliptical atrium and floor-to-ceiling windows. Universal Design Studio, the building interior designers transformed the striking reception areas.

Peel Hunt appointed JAC Project Management in 2019 to manage their move and fit out into 45,000 sq ft of office space on the 7th floor of this iconic building. Interior architects HLW have designed a truly impressive office incorporating a beautiful reception, client meeting suite with dedicated dining rooms and terrace and an auditorium. Breakout spaces and a full catering kitchen challenged the mechanical and electrical teams at Troup Bywater and Anders.

Completed in stages throughout the pandemic the outstanding results are mirrored by our happy client.
