Quantum Pacific Capital appointed JAC to provide project management, cost consultancy and furniture procurement services for their relocation to British Land’s prestigious location in the heart of Mayfair, coordinating consultants and stakeholders from The UK, The Netherlands and Israel.

The building meets the highest standards of sustainability, incorporating low VOC (Volatile organic compounds) materials and 99.9 per cent of waste generated during construction has been recycled. Rainwater and greywater is also recycled, and green roofs enhance biodiversity.
