The JAC Project Management Team monitored the close coordination of a wide professional team that included mechanical & electrical consultants ESP, Home Control Solutions, Dimension Data UK and MLM. The landlord’s team included building management team Cushman & Wakefield, disposing agents DTZ and mechanical & electrical consultant The Anslow Partnership. Redburn’s commercial property interests were represented by Savills.
About the Building
10 Aldermanbury was developed by Legal & General as the Head Quarters for Flemings and completed in 2000. The building benefits from two entrances, one on Aldermanbury at the junction with Love Lane and the other on Gresham Street.
