JAC Group were engaged by Shutterstock to provide project management, cost consultancy and contract administration services for their move to Bridge House, London Bridge.

The fit out of the space was procured on a detail and build basis with separate audio visual and furniture teams engaged.

We appointed JAC in 2022 to project manage our office fit out. We found the whole team to be professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Communication between all parties was exceptional. Meetings were held regularly, emails were responded to promptly, and we were confident in JAC throughout the whole process. Abi & Asha were readily available whenever we needed them, and we formed a great relationship with them both.

I would also like to add that even though the project has completed, JAC continues to be engaged to help us with resolving punch list items. This is a testament to their dedication to their clients and ensuring the project completes successfully. It was a pleasure to work with JAC and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
