Tradeweb appointed JAC to deliver project management, cost consultancy, and contract administration for the in-situ CAT B refurbishment of their London headquarters at Level 8, 1 Fore Street Avenue. The project’s ambition was to enrich the user experience and create a versatile, high-performing HQ that blends local character with the identity of their US office, resulting in a workspace with a distinctly London feel and a global sensibility.

JAC managed the full scope of works across 16,500 sq ft, coordinating a complex programme that included a large boardroom with a moveable wall and feature acoustic ceiling installation, client-facing meeting rooms, a podcast and recording studio, video conferencing suites, collaborative catch-up spaces, and a substantial staff tea point and breakout area. Acoustic performance was a key project driver, with specialist treatment applied to open plan areas, offices, focus rooms, and meeting rooms, alongside sound masking throughout. Further acoustic testing was carried out following installation of the moveable wall to confirm decibel levels were achieved.

MEP coordination was a significant element of the project, with negative validations identified in the landlord’s existing systems requiring a full four-week dynamic flushing and rebalancing programme. JAC managed this process alongside all other workstreams to maintain programme.

The completed fit-out achieved LEED Gold accreditation.
