JAC were excited to partner with Tradeweb Europe, delivering project management and cost consultancy for the in-situ refurbishment at 1 Fore Street Avenue, London.
Tradeweb’s goal for this upgrade was to enrich the user experience and create a versatile London HQ. The design blends local character with the essence of their US office, resulted in a workspace that reflected both a global identity and a distinctly London ambiance.
The project scope included a spacious boardroom, with a unique digital experience for both in-person and remote participants, client-facing meeting rooms, enhanced acoustics throughout to promote confidentiality and user comfort, and collaborative workspaces. Additionally, the floor featured a large tea point and breakout area to support staff well-being.
