Project Overview
JAC were appointed to provide Tyman with; Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy services.
Tyman relocated to a smaller office space with the same number of staff, this proved a challenging exercise. The JAC team maximised the sense of space and provided an elegant and inviting environment for the team and visitors.
About the Building
The property is located on the east side of Queen Anne’s Gate, immediately to the north of its junction with Broadway, just south of St. James’s Park. The building benefits from excellent communication links with St. James’s Park (District and Circle lines), Westminster (Jubilee, District and Circle lines) and Victoria (Victoria, District, Circle lines and British Rail) all within a short walking distance.
