Unit 9 have taken an entire building in Islington, comprising of 11,600 sq ft which has designated spaces for both in and out-of-house users and includes workshop areas for production projects. Unit 9’s culture is based around socialising and entertainment and this has been reflected in the 2nd floor being designated to a bar that welcomes clients and staff.

One of JACs key contributions to the project was providing cost consultancy services. By thoroughly analysing Unit 9’s requirements and budget, JAC Project Management identified cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the highest quality standards. JAC Group provided valuable insights into potential cost-effective alternatives, allowing Unit 9 to make informed decisions throughout the relocation process.
