Situated in one of the oldest parts of London, Seething Lane survived the Great Fire of London and has an atmosphere that is unique. The lane, in Tower Street Ward, was marked by a church at each end; on the northwest corner still stands St. Olave, Hart Street and on the southeast corner was once All Hallows, Barking.

At Two Seething Lane on the 2nd floor are our client GBG. Global Benefits Group are providers of underwriting and insurer of specialty insurance products and services intended to serve multinational corporations, expatriates, international students, high net-worth individuals, international schools and non-profit organizations. The company specialises in distributing and underwriting medical, life and disability and travel insurance, focusing on offering a range of insurance services designed to meet clients’ needs.

Moving to the 2nd floor of Two Seething Lane over 4,000 sq ft GBG engaged the JAC Project Management and Furniture teams to help them identify their office project brief, engage their professional teams and to oversee all aspects of the fit out process. Procured on a design and build basis the space is reflective of the aspirations of the GBG team and is testament to the huge effort from all involved.
